• Soap
• Flannel
• Toothbrush
• Toothpaste

Mess bag containing:

• 2 Unbreakable plates (one deep for soup/cereal etc.)
• Unbreakable mug
• Knife, Fork, Spoon, Teaspoon
• Torch c/w batteries
• Tea Towel
• Notebook and pencil
• Polythene bags (for dirty clothes)

Medicine (If applicable) All medicines to be handed to a leader on arrival.

All kit to be carefully marked with your name. Get as much as you can in your rucksack where it won’t get lost or dirty.
